An original Midland’s girl, growing up in Leicester, Kaitlyn’s musical career officially started in Cornwall, 2016, at a small open-mic night. Since then, she’s released her self-titled EP, performed at gigs across Cornwall, Leicestershire and Worcester including at the Wadebridge Folk Festival as part of Cornish Folk band Annown (with whom she makes guest appearances), and has her first album, Fables, on the way. Taking inspiration from the natural world, spirituality, high fantasy and folklore, Kaitlyn’s songs take you on a journey, anywhere from fighting on the front lines in a medieval battle, to floating through the forest, to tapping your foot to a classic country beat. Her music is a fusion of modern country, classic folk, and a touch of hardcore rock. With a strong, clear voice, Kaitlyn’s ready to sing her heart out and rock your socks off.
