Phwoar really began to coalesce around 2020, when Helena and Paul decided that they had lots of things to say but no way to say them. Adopting a light-hearted approach akin to their personalities, they started writing about mental health, with Take Cover, substance abuse with Jagged Line, and environmental protection with Break Away.
