In 1908, the 7th Earl Beauchamp of Madresfield gave a piece of land to the village. The purpose was for a building to be erected and used as a Working Mens Club. This was built by the men of the village and run as a men's only club until the late 1970s, when Women were allowed in. Many long standing families of the village have helped to keep The Callow End Club running as a member's club.
