String Box

We are the String Box duo, hailing from Malvern Link. We play a huge range of bluegrass, hillbilly and vintage Americana songs. We harmonise vocals while, playing fiddle, guitar, harmonicas and more! We usually bring a song board so people can sing along to the choruses of some of our songs. The songs are mainly by people such as Doc Watson, Willie Nelson, the Carters, Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs, The Fog Horn String Band, Kris Kristofferson, Dolly Parton, Clare Bowen, Rodney Crowell and Bill Monroe. We also do do a few by Elvis and even Jim Reeves . . . and just maybe, a few songs by Jill Peer herself!
