Rising stars, Two Pounds Down, are set to take the stage at Malvern Rocks 2024! This local band, formed right here in Malvern, is returning for a much-anticipated homecoming gig after taking on the Brighton music scene.

Two Pounds Down‘s story starts way back, with childhood best friends Jesse on keys and James on guitar destined to make music together. Originally from Malvern, Worcestershire, all four boys have been involved in music since their young days. Brothers Ethan on bass and Jesse have dreamed of playing in a band together since they were little. Soon after, Gabe arrived on drums, solidifying the band’s full sound.
Within a year of hitting the stage, their talent was undeniable. They conquered the AMPED battle of the bands in May 2023, earning them a coveted spot on the Lakefest Main Stage in August that same year. This meteoric rise is a testament to their undeniable chemistry. The unpredictability mixed with confidence is how Two Pounds Down catch the attention of those who listen. On stage, they fill venues with contagious energy, their obvious enjoyment for what they do making them an exciting watch.
